Please read these terms carefully before booking with Crown Travels.
1. About us
Crown Travels and Flights Ltd (Company No. 16479065) trades as Crown Travels. Registered office: 128 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX. By using this website or making a booking you agree to these terms.
2. Our role
We act as a travel agent arranging flights, hotels, packages and related services with airlines and suppliers. Your contract for carriage or accommodation is with the relevant supplier, subject to their conditions of carriage and fare rules.
3. Bookings & accuracy
You are responsible for providing accurate passenger names (as per passport), dates of birth, contact details and travel documents. Name corrections after ticketing may incur airline fees or require a new ticket.
4. Prices & payments
Quoted prices are indicative until ticketed and may change with availability, taxes and surcharges. Full payment or agreed deposits must be received by the deadlines we confirm. Instalment plans are available on selected bookings subject to airline approval.
5. Changes & cancellations
Changes and cancellations follow the airline or hotel fare rules for your ticket/booking. Change fees, fare differences and supplier penalties may apply. We will explain applicable rules before you confirm where possible.
6. Travel documents & visas
You must hold a valid passport, visas, transit visas and any health documentation required for your itinerary. Requirements vary by nationality and routing — always verify before travel. We can provide guidance but final responsibility rests with the traveller.
7. ATOL protection
Where we sell ATOL-protected flight-inclusive packages, your booking is financially protected under ATOL. Not all products (for example some flight-only or non-package sales) are ATOL protected — we will confirm the protection status for your booking.
8. Liability
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, schedule changes, baggage issues or service failures caused by airlines, hotels or third parties, except where required by UK law. Our liability for our own negligence is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant booking element.
